Abstract

This invention provides compositions comprising extracts of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Radix Notoginseng and Borneol. Said compositions comprise notoginsenoside Rand ginsenoside Rwhich are active components for therapeutic applications. This invention also provides a method of preparation of the said compositions and a method of identification and determination of the amount of individual effective components of said compositions. Finally, this invention provides various uses of the compositions.
