Abstract

To provide a beverage dispenser capable of appropriately and smoothly supplying a carbonated beverage as a supercooled beverage. According to the present invention, there is disclosed a beverage dispenser including a carbonatorfor manufacturing carbonated water; a beverage supply circuitfor supplying a carbonated beverage manufactured by the carbonatorto the outside; a heat exchangerfor supercooling; and a primary cooling device, the carbonatormixes a carbonic acid gas supplied from a gas regulatorwhich supplies a pressurized carbonic acid gas, syrup and diluting water to manufacture the carbonated beverage, and the heat exchangerfor supercooling cools the carbonated beverage flowing through the beverage supply circuitinto a supercooled state at a temperature of a solidifying point or less to release the supercooled state in the outside.
