Abstract
In a multi-OS booting apparatus, when loading the second OS, contents of the second OS is prevented from being referred to by other programs. The first OSloads the second boot loaderand the second OS imageinto the first memory spaceby using the first boot loader(phase). The loaded second boot loaderconfigures the third memory spaceincluding the first memory spaceand the second memory space, removes the second boot loaderitself and the second OS imagefrom the management object of the first OSby letting the second boot loaderto operate in the third memory space(phase), configures the second memory spacein order to load the second OSinto it, and boots the second OSin the second memory space
