Abstract
Each mobile station device () includes: a subchannel allocation refusal determining section (), which determines a subchannel refused to be allocated from a base station device (), based on a communication quality measured for each subchannel by a communication quality measuring section (); an RMAP creating section (), which creates refused channel information (RMAP information) indicating the subchannel determined to be refused to be allocated; and a transmitting section () which gives notice of the created RMAP information to the base station device (). The base station device () includes: an RMAP acquiring section (), which acquires the RMAP information noticed from the each mobile station device (); and a subchannel allocating section (), which determines whether to change a subchannel to be allocated to the each mobile station device (), based on the acquired RMAP information and allocated channel information (MAP information) indicating the subchannel allocated to the each mobile station device ().
