A lamp clipincludes a main body, a lamp gripping portion, a first mounting portionand a second mounting portion. The main bodyis mounted to a chassisthat houses a plurality of tubular cold cathode tubes. The lamp gripping portionis provided on a surface of the main bodyopposing the cold cathode tubeso as to grip the cold cathode tube. The first mounting portionprotrudes from the main bodyso as to extend toward the chassisand to be in a first mounting holeformed in the chassisso that a rim of the first mounting holeis sandwiched between the first mounting portionand the main body. The second mounting portionprotrudes from the main bodyso as to extend toward the chassisand to be inserted in a second mounting holeformed in the chassisso that a rim of the second mounting holeis sandwiches between the second mounting portionand the main body.
