Abstract

According to the invention, the device () comprises means () for detecting, during an altitude capture maneuver, the emission of a first type alarm by the anti-collision system () and means () for controlling the vertical speed of said airplane (AC), after the emission of such an alarm, until the triggering of the capture phase.
