Abstract
Compounds or pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof are provided. In various embodiments the compounds have an antagonistic effect on a neurokinin NKreceptor, a neurokinin NKreceptor, and a muscarine Mreceptor. The compounds are useful as therapeutic agents for bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, or the like.
