Abstract
An electrical connector () includes an insulative housing () and a contact module () assembled to the insulative housing. The contact module includes a paddle board (), a number of mating terminals () assembled to the paddle board, and a magnetic module () including a cage () mounted on the paddle board directly and a magnetic assembly received in the cage. The magnetic assembly has at least a magnetic core () and a number of wires () winding around the magnetic core and electrically connecting with the paddle board directly.
