A rail-guided power tool () has at least one carrying handle () and one device head () arranged on a guide carriage (). The guide carriage () can be moved by an adjustment mechanism () from a locked position—in which the guide carriage () is engaged with a guide rail () via at least one adjustable guide roller ()—into a released position—in which the at least one adjustable guide roller () is at a distance from the guide rail ().
