Abstract

Canister-shaped magnetic reinforcing elementsmade of a ferromagnetic material having a Curie temperature higher than magnetic yokesare provided inside the magnetic yokes. The inner peripheryof an opening in each of the magnetic reinforcing elementsis opposed to the outer peripheryof each of pole piece tops. A torquer coilis located between the inner peripheryof the opening in each of the magnetic reinforcing elementsand the outer peripheryof each pole piece top. The magnetic reinforcing elementsprovided inside the magnetic yokesform independent magnetic circuits. Since the magnetic reinforcing elementshave a Curie temperature higher than the magnetic yokes, a high accuracy of acceleration measurement in a high-temperature range can be achieved.
