Abstract
A sealing and pump-up device () includes: a liquid agent container () containing a sealing agent (); an injection unit () that is connected to an outlet () of the liquid agent container () and has a liquid pressurization and supply chamber () and a jig insertion hole (); a jig () that by insertion into the jig insertion hole () pierces an aluminum seal () by means of a piercing member () and closes off the jig insertion hole (); and a leading end portion (), of an insertion portion (), having a step (A) that catches on an edge (B) of a jig insertion hole () before the jig () that has been inserted into the jig insertion hole () reaches a piercing position, when the aluminum seal () is pierced.
