Abstract
A shoe sole includes a mid sole, and a reinforcing member reinforcing a portion of the mid sole, wherein the member () extends over an area from a mid foot part () to a rear foot part (), the member () including: a rod-shaped or strip-shaped main bar () provided along a line that is at the center of the foot; mid foot medial blades () and () and mid foot lateral blades (and) extending from the bar () in the part (); a plurality of rear foot blades (and) extending from the bar () in the part (), wherein the blades (to) are integral with the bar (), the blades (to) are attached to a lower surface of the mid sole, and at least a portion of each of the blades (and) is buried in the part ().
