Abstract
A cylindrical pressure-receiving memberis arranged in a space between a ring-shaped clamp sleeveand a framesuch that the clamp sleeveis fitted around a shaftbeing integral with a rotary shaft. In an outer peripheral portionof the clamp sleeve, an annular grooveprovided continuously over the entire circumference within an axial area of the outer peripheral portionfitted into an inner peripheral portionof the pressure-receiving memberprovides a thin-wall portion. Also, a space surrounded by the annular grooveand the pressure-receiving memberprovides a pressure chambercommunicating with a fluid control circuit. A predetermined gapis provided between an inner peripheral surfaceof the through holeof the frame and an outer peripheral surfaceof the pressure-receiving member
