Thieno- and furo-pyrimidine compounds are described, which are useful as Hreceptor modulators. Such compounds may be used in pharmaceutical compositions and methods for the modulation of histamine Hreceptor activity and for the treatment of disease states, disorders, and conditions mediated by Hreceptor activity, such as inflammation.
