Abstract
A mobile terminal for implementing monitoring management is disclosed in the present invention. The mobile terminal includes a user danger level monitoring platform configured to adapt to a monitored current situation of a user, enable a corresponding danger level and take a corresponding rescue measure. A method for implementing monitoring management is also disclosed in the present invention.
