Abstract
Provided is an illuminating device wherein generation of luminance nonuniformity is suppressed, while suppressing deterioration of light use efficiency. An illuminating device () is provided with an FPC (), which has at least a part () perpendicularly arranged to a light incoming surface () of a light guide plate () and has an LED () mounted on the part (). The FPC () is also provided with a part () positioned below a region between the LED () and the light incoming surface (), and the part () is tilted in a diagonally downward direction toward the light incoming surface ().
