A driving assistance device which performs driving assistance for an assisted vehicle A traveling on a non-priority roadand trying to merge into a priority roadon the basis of the presence of a vehicle B traveling on the priority roadincludes an assistance processing sectionwhich changes the end position of driving assistance on the basis of traffic conditions on a first lane, which is nearest to the non-priority road, of lanes of the priority road.
