Abstract
An electrical connector includes an insulative housing () defining a base portion and a tongue portion extending forwardly from the base portion; a plurality of terminals () each having a retention portion, a contacting portion extending forwardly from the retention portion and a tail portion; an insulative spacer disposed behind the base portion, and the insulative spacer () defining a plurality of positioning holes for the tail portions passing therethrough, respectively; and waterproof material () stuffing corresponding seam between the insulative spacer and the base portion.
