Abstract
The present invention provides a high-frequency circuit capable of acquiring the original transmission characteristics of a filter by preventing capacitive coupling between input and output terminals of the filter externally attached to the integrated circuit and effectively using a mounting space. The high-frequency circuit includes a rectangular integrated circuithaving two long sidesandand two short sidesandand a SAW filter, disposed to be adjacent to the short sideof the integrated circuit, having input terminalsanddisposed on the long sideside and output terminalsanddisposed on the other long sideside. IC output terminalsandconnected to input terminalsandof the SAW filterare disposed on a position of one long sideof the integrated circuiton the SAW filterside, and IC input terminalsandconnected to output terminalsandof the SAW filterare disposed on a position of the other long sideof the integrated circuiton the SAW filterside.
