Abstract
An electric apparatus moduleincludes an upper casing, a lower casingto which the upper casingis attached and which is attached to a rear panel, an electronic device unitaccommodated in the upper casingand the lower casing, a conductive shield shellcovering the electronic device unit, and a conductive ground shellwhich is attached to the lower casingat a side of the rear panel. The ground shellincludes a flat plate portionpiled on the rear panel, a contact pieceerected from an outer edgeof the flat plate portiontoward the lower case, and a contact memberprotruded from a rear surfaceof the flat plate portionat the side of the rear panel. The contact pieceis inserted through a through holeformed on the lower casingto contact with the shield shell. The contact memberis inserted through a through holeformed on the rear panelto contact a cylindrical shield memberof an external device.
