Abstract

The invention relates to a light pulse sensor () with direct injection feedback which comprises a matrix of photosensors, each photosensor comprising a transducer () and an integrator () comprising an MOSFET injection transistor () mounted as a common gate, a feedback amplifier, an integration capacitor (). The feedback amplifier is a cascode inverting differential amplifier (') placed between the input of the injection transistor () and the gate of this transistor, and, for each photosensor, a demultiplexing circuit () is inserted between the transducer () and the integrator (), capable of connecting successively the transducer () on the input of the inverting amplifier (′) then on the input of the injection transistor ().
