Abstract
An organic electroluminescent device is provided and includes: a pair of electrodes; an organic layer including a light emitting layer between the electrodes. The organic layer contains a compound represented by formula (I). In formula (I), R, R, and Reach independently represents a Calkyl group, Qrepresents a carbon atom or a silicon atom, Rrepresents a hydrogen atom or -Q(R)(R)Rin which Qrepresents a carbon atom or a silicon atom and R, R, and Reach independently represents a Calkyl group, Rrepresents a hydrogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, a cyano group, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group, or a substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl group, and n stands for 1 or 2.
