Abstract
A hinged-lid package of filter cigarettes has a box () with an inner frame () and a lid () that opens/closes the box (). Four corner edges of the box () which extend in the longitudinal direction of the box (), are formed into longitudinal edges () having an arc-like shape in cross section of the box (). The arc-like shape of the longitudinal edges () is formed with a plurality of longitudinal grooves made only in the inner surface of the box (). The package has a reinforcement patch () arranged in the box () across the longitudinal grooves.
