Abstract
An X-ray detectorincludes: an X-ray conversion layerwhich is made of amorphous selenium and absorbs incident radiation and generates charges; a common electrodeprovided on a surface on the side on which radiation is made incident of the X-ray conversion layer; and a signal readout substrateon which a plurality of pixel electrodesfor collecting charges generated by the X-ray conversion layerare arrayed, and further includes: an electric field relaxation layerprovided between the X-ray conversion layerand the signal readout substrateand containing arsenic and lithium fluoride; a crystallization suppressing layerprovided between the electric field relaxation layerand the signal readout substrateand containing arsenic; and a first thermal property enhancement layerprovided between the electric field relaxation layerand the X-ray conversion layerand containing arsenic.
