Abstract
The present invention concerns the use as perfuming ingredients of para-substituted derivatives of α-methyl cinnamic alcohol of formula (I) in the form of any one of its stereoisomers or a mixture thereof, and wherein R represents a hydrogen atom, a Calkyl or alkenyl group or a formyl or acetyl group; Rrepresents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; Rrepresents a methyl, ethyl or methoxy group; and Rrepresents a CHgroup or a carbon-carbon double bond. The present invention concerns the use of said compound in the perfumery industry as well as the compositions or articles containing said compound.
