Abstract
A hot bulge forming die apparatus forms a preheated tubular materialinto a tubular material. The hot bulge forming die apparatus includes a lower dieB having a cavity surfaceB and an upper dieB having a cavity surfaceB. An elongated holeis formed in a circumferential edge portionof the lower dieB so as to extend outwards, and a projectionis formed on a circumferential edge portionof the upper dieB so as to fit in the elongated hole. When the dies are clamped together, the projectionformed on the circumferential edge portionof the upper dieB fits in the elongated holeformed in the circumferential edge portionof the lower dieB.
