Aspects include methods and apparatuses for communicating in an ultra-wideband network. For example, some aspects include a method of wireless communications. The method may include receiving information identifying at least one resource of a second electronic device, transmitting resource information of the electronic device, comparing the resource information of the electronic device and the received resource information of the second electronic device. The method may also include transmitting a synchronization signal to the second device based on the comparing.
