Abstract

To facilitate with high accuracy adjustment of a minute angle degree and also to sufficiently secure the rigidity of a whole device after the adjustment. Provided are a workpiece attaching bodyhaving a workpiece attaching surfaceand a rotating bodyfor rotatably supporting the workpiece attaching body, the rotating bodyhas an inclination angle adjusting surfaceinclined relative to an axis of the rotating body, and opposite to the workpiece attaching surface, the workpiece attaching bodyincludes an inclination angle adjusting surfacewhich is inclined relative to the workpiece attaching surfaceand which comes in surface contact with the inclination angle adjusting surfaceof the rotating body, the rotating bodyis arranged therein with an inclination angle adjusting shaft, protruding toward a side of the workpiece attaching bodysubstantially vertically to the inclination angle adjusting surfacesand, for relatively rotatably supporting the workpiece attaching body, and coupling meansfor coupling the rotating bodyand the workpiece attaching bodyin a manner to enable rotation adjustment about the inclination angle adjusting shaftis provided, whereby the rotating bodyand the workpiece attaching bodyare relatively rotated about the inclination angle adjusting shaftalong the inclination angle adjusting surfaceandso as to adjust the inclination angle of the workpiece attaching surface
