Abstract
A form systemcreates a table layout in accordance with an XML document that possesses a structure that is described by an XML schema. If a complex type of table element is present, the field name of the element is saved, and the child table elements of the complex type table element are laid out in the orientation of the height of the table. The field name and field region of each respective child table element is saved, and the position and size thereof determined. If a repeating loop element is present, an element is inserted beneath the table element in question that denotes the fact that the repeating loop is present. The layout data thus created is stored in the form storage unit
