Abstract
A bowl and basket assembly kit is disclosed as including an upper basket part (), a middle basket part () and a lower basket part () linked with one another and engageable with one another in a way to form a perforated basket (), an upper bowl part (), a middle bowl part () and a lower bowl part () releasably engageable with one another to form a bowl () for receiving the perforated basket (), and an upper locking ring () and a lower locking ring () which are swivellable about a longitudinal axis (L-L) of the bowl (), wherein when the upper bowl part (), middle bowl part () and lower bowl part () are engaged with one another, each of the locking rings () is swivellable between a respective first position in which relative movement between the bowl parts () is allowed and a respective second position in which relative movement between the bowl parts () is prevented. A salad spinner () formed of such an assembly kit is also disclosed.
