Abstract
A stent graft () with an internal tube () extending from the fenestration () within and towards an end of the tubular body () of the stent graft. An end of the tube remote from the fenestration is flared into a funnel or elliptical shape () to facilitate access into the internal tube from a main lumen of the stent graft. The flared portion is fastened () to the wall of the stent graft. The flared portion is held open with a resilient wire ring ().
