Abstract
The present invention discloses a service method and a service device () for a liquid cooling system () of an aircraft, the service device () being adapted to send at least one instruction to a liquid cooling control device () of the liquid cooling system (). A plurality of service lines () are then connected between the service device () and the to liquid cooling system (). The entire liquid cooling system () or a sub-system () can then be filled, emptied, deaerated and checked in respect of a leakage. Further, it is possible to set the fill level of a reservoir () and to service a fill-level sensor () of the reservoir ().
