Abstract

A system comprises a light source () and an electrode device (). The light source comprises a base () with a base surface on which at least two contact elements () are provided. The electrode device has at least two electrodes () in mutually stacked positions, which electrodes are preferably made of a permanent magnetic, ferromagnet or electro-magnetic material and have a different polarity during operation. The system further comprises at least one electrode comprising a layer of auto-closing material. This ensures that the system can maintain a satisfactory, reliable electric contact between the electrodes and the contact elements, and, after removal of the light source, gives the system a more aesthetic appearance because damages are practically invisible.
