Abstract
A differential apparatus has a planet carrierA rotated by driving torque from a driving source, a planetary gearB rotated for self-rotation around its own axis by receiving rotational force of the planet carrierA, a sun gearC and an internal gearD differentially distributing the rotational force to a pair of output shafts by receiving the rotational force of the planet carrierA from the planetary gearB, and a differential restricting mechanismhaving an inner clutch platesA and an outer clutch platesB restricting a differential of the differential mechanism. The planet carrierA is disposed between the sun gearC and the internal gearD, and the sun gearC and internal gearD are respectively connected each other to be able to transmit torque through the inner clutch platesA and the outer clutch platesB.
