Abstract

A method of making an inkjet printhead comprises forming a first patterned layeron a surface of a first substrate, forming a second patterned layeron a surface of a second substrate, bonding the first and second layers in intimate face-to-face contact, and removing the second substratefrom the second patterned layer. The first and second patterned layerstogether define at least one ink ejection chamber having at least one ink ejection nozzle.
