Abstract
The present invention relates to methods of identifying, collecting and isolating hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) and compositions of purified HSCs. Specifically, the present invention provides methods of isolating and purifying CD150HSCs, CD48HSCs, and CD244HSCs. The present invention also relates to purified cell samples with enriched CD150HSCs, CD48HSCs, and CD244HSCs populations, as well as methods of treating subjects with such compositions.
