Abstract
An image signal processing devicecomprises an encoding part, a delay part, a difference calculation part, a decoding part, a quantization error determination partand a corrected image data output part. The corrected image data output partoutputs image data Ginput to the encoding partas corrected image data G' when a difference D output from the difference calculation partis equal to or less than a predetermined value D, or determines a basic correction value from the image data Ginput to the encoding partand decoded image data Goutput from the decoding part, reduces the basic correction value by a value in accordance with the magnitude of a quantization error E determined by the quantization error determination partto obtain a modified correction value, and outputs the image data Ginput to the encoding part, to which the modified correction value is added, as the corrected image data G′ when the difference D is greater than the predetermined value D.
