Abstract
A cell penetrating peptide which has following sequence: NYBXBXBNQX, wherein B represents a basic amino acid, Xrepresents an amino acid with an aromatic, a hydrophobic or an uncharged side chain, Xrepresents any amino acid, and Xrepresents N or none is described. A method for delivering a cargo into a subject by administrating a complex comprising the cell penetrating peptide and the desired cargo to the subject is also described.
