Abstract
It is proposed a method for synchronizing a transmission of applications data frames provided to a sender device, the transmission being done between said sender device and at least one receiver device via a synchronous communications network implementing a clock that defines a network cycle. Upon detection of an event representing a start of an applications data frame, the sender device performs steps of:
