Provided is a lymphatic vessel stabilizer composed of Tie2 activator. The Tie2 activator is preferably at least one type selected from the group consisting of angiopoietin 1 (Ang-1), extract ofspecies plants, extract of Siberian Ginseng and syringaresinol.
