Abstract
A framing device () and a method are provided for connecting disk-type bodies () to a frame () by a manipulator (). A joining device () is associated with the manipulator (), for joining individual frame parts () to the disk-type body. The manipulator () guides the disk-type body () and inserts it into the frame parts () provided, the frame parts being pressed against the disk edge () at the same time or one after the other.
