Abstract

A scanning signal line () has an opening () in the vicinity of an intersection with a data signal line (). A first transistor () includes two source electrodes (and) which sandwich a drain electrode (); a source electrode () is connected to the data signal line () via a source extension electrode () stretched above the opening (), and a source electrode () is connected to the data signal line () via a source extension electrode () provided off the scanning signal line (). A second transistor () includes two source electrodes (and) that sandwich a drain electrode () therebetween. A source electrode () is connected to the data signal line () via a source extension electrode (), and a source electrode () is connected to the data signal line () via a source extension electrode () off the scanning signal line. According to the configuration, it is possible to repair an SG leak while maintaining function of the transistors operable as much as possible.
