Abstract

A method of inhibiting at least one selected from the group consisting of oxidation, the activity of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP), the expression of matrix metalloproteinase, and the phosphorylation of mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAP kinase) in a mammal, comprising administrating to the mammal an effective amount of aleaf extract, is provided.
