Abstract
Systems, apparatuses, and methods for a handheld image translation device including an image capture device are described herein. The handheld image translation device may include an image capture device configured to capture an image, one or more navigation sensors configured to capture a plurality of navigational measurements, and a print head configured to deposit a printing substance on a first medium. The image translation device may also include a control block configured to determine a position of the apparatus relative to a reference point based at least in part on the plurality of navigational measurements, and to control the print head to deposit the printing substance based at least in part on the image captured by the image capture device and the determined position of the apparatus.
