Abstract
An input apparatus capable of receiving inputs of a plurality of levels in accordance with pressure loads varied in each operation by an operator and an input method using such an input apparatus are provided. An input apparatusfor receiving inputs of a plurality of levels in accordance with pressure loads has a load detection unitconfigured to detect a pressure load of a pressing input and a control unitconfigured to control such that a second load standard for receiving a second level input is set whenever the load detection unitdetects a pressure load satisfying a first load standard for receiving a first level input.
