Abstract
Sulfonate-, sulfate-, or carboxylate-capped, alkoxylated anti-misting agents having the structure: R((AO)X)((AO)H), and methods of suppressing mist from electrolyte solutions by adding a mist-suppressing amount of one or more compounds selected from the group consisting of compounds of the Formulas R((AO)X)((AO)H)and RN(CH)R, and mixtures thereof, to electrolyte solutions.
