Abstract

A compound of the formula X-M-SEQ ID NO:1, or a derivative thereof, is provided, wherein X-M- represents an optional group comprising a protein transduction domain conjugated to the N-terminus of the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO:1. Pharmaceutical compositions comprising and therapeutic methods using the compound are also provided.
