The present invention provides cosmetic products, such as makeup cosmetics and skin care cosmetics, which have a good water-proof and perspiration resistance and an excellent use feel, such as spreadability, at the time of application and long-wearing capabilities. Specifically, a cosmetic product containing a silicone resin, composed of (A) and (B) described below:RSiOunit  (A)RSiOunit  (B)at a proportion of (A):(B) being 1:1 to 1:7 and having a softening point of 50 to 110° C., wherein R represents a substituted or unsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon group.
