Abstract

The invention relates to a lamp (), especially a suspended lamp, comprising a housing () that is provided with a first light emitting area () with a first light influencing element () on one side thereof while being fitted with a second light emitting area () with a second light influencing element () on another side for direct illumination. In order to improve indirect illumination of the lamp, the second light influencing element () can be moved into at least two different positions (S, S, S).
