Abstract

This method for dispatching an alert message in a telecommunications network comprises a step (E) of receiving a multimedia stream emitted by a calling device having emitted a call to a called device, and a step (E) of transmitting to the called device, during the call setup phase, at least one part of the multimedia stream, which part can be restored, at least partially, by alert means of the called device.
